The Control Room (also referred to as the Luxurious Parlor) is accessed on Chapter 2 and it's where Commander Sith is located at. In this spot, Sissel learns his name here. This place is seen again on Chapter 16, but got renamed and the place is revealed to be part of the submarine Yonoa.
