Lady's Red Apartment is the fourth place you'll be able to visit. This place is where you'll see Emma writing a romance novel and Amelie who has a 102 degree fever lying on her bed.
To access this room, the player would have to make Emma, the woman next door to Lynne's Apartment, "break" the wall to knock the painting down and create a path for Sissel to go through to Emma's Apartment.

The player's goal in this room is to reach the telephone to the left of Amelie. You will return to this room in Chapter 13.

The player's goal in this room is to get Amelie on the Telephone to talk to her father, the Justice Minister.
