Lynne's Apartment is a location first introduced in Chapter 2. When the player first visits here, there's a dead corpse of a dog, with a hitman sitting on a sofa and a little girl tied with rope next to the sofa.
This place is the hiding place of the music box and this is where Tengo shot Missile.
